The PRSA-NY 15 Under 35 Awards recognize 15 outstanding communications professionals under the age of 35 who are making a meaningful impact across the industry.

This year’s program will highlight those shaping what’s next. As communications continues to evolve, professionals are taking on greater responsibility as strategic advisors, helping organizations navigate complexity, build trust, and communicate with clarity.

The awards recognize individuals who influence outcomes and set direction across disciplines, from agency and in-house roles to media, brand, digital, and public affairs.

As new technologies reshape the field, the importance of judgment, ethics, and strategic thinking continues to grow. The program reflects the talent and perspective driving the future of the profession.

Now in its 11th year, the program continues to spotlight rising leaders who are elevating public relations.

Nominations Now Open
The PRSA-NY 15 Under 35 Awards are now accepting nominations for 2026 until July 10.

Why Nominate?
Honorees will be recognized at the 2026 PRSA-NY Big Apple Awards Gala on September 17 at Sony Hall and will receive a one-year membership to PRSA-NY. This recognition spotlights individuals who are elevating the profession and making a lasting impact.

What We’re Looking For
Nominees should demonstrate leadership, sound judgment and a clear ability to drive impact through client work, internal leadership or contributions to the broader communications community.

Judging Process
Entries are reviewed by a panel of senior-level communications professionals from across agencies and in-house teams. The process is designed to be fair, objective and anonymous. Apply to serve as a judge here.
